The En Ka Fair Quilt Committee has created a queen size beautiful handmade quilt and it is on display at the Winchester Cooperative Bank and will be raffled off on Saturday evening at the Information Booth at the En Ka Fair grounds.
You can purchase your raffle tickets [$1 each] either at the Winchester Cooperative Bank, or online [click here for online sales] AND they will be for sale at the Fair.
