Social Services
The En Ka Society Social Service Committee provides confidential need-based financial assistance to Winchester residents who are experiencing financial hardship.
Beneficiaries may identify themselves to the Social Service Chairs via email (socialservice@enkasociety.org) or an application may be submitted on their behalf by an agency validating the financial need.
Past funding examples:
- Urgent financial assistance to individuals or families for food, rent, insurance, etc.
- Holiday and “back to school” gift cards
- Scholarships for children to attend summer camp and enrichment programs
- Funding within the school system for students in need
